1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of advisory and consulting services in the field of personal branding by bold-soar with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warsaw, Poland.
1.2. Using the services offered by bold-soar means accepting the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Services are provided to natural persons running businesses and legal entities.
Service Provider – bold-soar with its registered office in Warsaw, providing advisory services in the field of personal branding.
Client – a natural person, a natural person running a business, or a legal entity using the Service Provider's services.
Service – any of the advisory and consulting services offered by the Service Provider, described on the website or in an individual offer.
Agreement – a service provision agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the Client.
3.1. The Service Provider provides the following categories of services:
3.2. The detailed scope of each service is individually determined with the Client before concluding the agreement.
3.3. Services may be provided stationary (at the Service Provider's or Client's premises) or remotely (via instant messengers, emails, videoconferences).
4.1. The agreement is concluded after the Client fills out the contact form and accepts the offer presented by the Service Provider.
4.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to conclude an agreement without stating a reason.
4.3. The agreement may be concluded in electronic or written form.
5.1. The prices of services provided on the website are gross prices (include VAT).
5.2. Payment for services is made by bank transfer to the Service Provider's account, unless the parties agree on a different form of payment.
5.3. For long-term agreements, installment payment is possible – details are agreed individually.
5.4. The Service Provider issues a VAT invoice after receiving payment or according to the schedule agreed in the agreement.

7.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to subcontract specialized services (e.g., photo sessions, IT services).
8.1. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific business results, number of followers, or level of recognition – the effects of personal branding are individual and depend on many factors.
8.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Client's actions or omissions that affect the effectiveness of the service.
8.3. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the value of the remuneration for the specific service to which the claim relates.
9.1. The Client may cancel a scheduled session no later than 24 hours before its start – otherwise, the session will be counted as used.
9.2. In the event of the Client's resignation from the service after the start of cooperation, a refund is possible only for unused sessions (in the case of session packages).
9.3. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a gross violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
10.1. Materials prepared by the Service Provider as part of the services provided (strategies, analyzes, guidelines) are the property of the Client after full payment has been settled.
10.2. The Service Provider retains the right to use anonymous case studies for marketing purposes, unless the Client objects.
11.1. Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information received during the cooperation.
11.2. The obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

12.2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and the Client's expectations.
12.3. The Service Provider processes complaints within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
13.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
13.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon publication on the website and apply to agreements concluded after the date of introduction of the changes.
13.3. Any disputes arising from the performance of agreements will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
